GFWC Mount Dora Woman's Club Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the GFWC Mount Dora Woman's Club, Inc.


Our membership dues are $60.00 annually, payable in May. New members pay their dues when joining the club including a one-time charge of $8.00 for a member name tag. Those that join between January and April will not pay again until the following year.

I agree that the GFWC Mount Dora Woman's Club may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example purposes as publicity, advertising, and web content.

Once you have submitted your application, you can pay the membership and name tag fee online or by mailing a check.

New members pay their dues when joining the club. There is also a one-time charge of $8.00 for a member name tag. For online payments, a $2.50 convenience fee is charged, bringing the total to $70.50.   

If you prefer you can pay by check (total of $68.00) to GFWC Mount Dora Woman's Club, Inc., PO Box 471, Mount Dora, FL 32757.
